Order Processing Most orders are processed within one to three business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Methods We ship throughout the continental United States using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Packaging Each plant is carefully inspected before shipment and securely packaged to minimize movement and protect it during transit. Because plants are living products, slight soil movement or minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping and are considered normal. Weather Conditions Extreme temperatures can affect live plants during shipping. If severe weather is expected, we may delay shipment to help protect your order. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. Shipping Address Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Lively Up Homes is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress. Carrier Delays After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Lively Up Homes is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the plant, its packaging, and the shipping label.
