Live plants generally cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
Plant Care
Customers are responsible for providing proper care after delivery.
Lively Up Homes is not responsible for plant decline or loss resulting from:
- Improper watering
- Incorrect lighting
- Temperature extremes
- Pest infestations
- Repotting
- Fertilizer misuse
- Neglect
- Other environmental conditions after delivery
